OCR has stopped offering the Transport Manager CPC

In December 2021, OCR decided to stop offering the Transport Manager CPC qualification. This has created confusion in the industry for students….and training providers!

MDR is now an approved centre with the Skills and Education Group (SEG) for the Transport Manager CPC (Road Haulage & Passenger Transport). The reasoning behind this decision is that the Skills and Education Group has committed to keeping the structure of the course and exam format exactly the same as the previous offering from OCR.

The Skills and Education group will also recognise the achievements of existing OCR students. This means, unlike other awarding bodies, if students have passed only part of the OCR qualification, SEG will recognise that certificate and award the full qualification once all exams have been passed.
