How do I decide on which course is right for me?
You have three main options when deciding in the classroom, online or self study. It depends on several factors such as your location, current commitments, budget and previous exposure to the transport industry.
Transport Manager classroom courses are extremely popular. They are intense, you “live and breathe” the course content for 10 days. They benefit those who are “hands on”. In the classroom, you are with a group of students with a teacher leading the class. During the day you will work through the course elements, with group and tutor-led discussions. In the evening you are expected to complete homework and additional study, this is your time to practice what you have been taught and hone your exam skills. The final two days of the course are dedicated to exam preparation.
Online Transport Manager courses have increased hugely. Students can attend the courses online from their own home/office. This has enabled greater flexibility. Our online classes stick with the classroom format - a group of students led by an experienced tutor. The benefit of an online course is you can spread the impact of being away from work over several weeks, it also allows you more time to work on the homework alongside your tutor.
