Meeting Room Hire FAQs
How much does it cost to hire a meeting room?
A half day costs £80 + VAT and a full day costs £150 + VAT. The rate includes the room of your choice, full AV equipment (projector, screen, whiteboard, flip-chart), free Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the hire period. A buffet lunch can be added from £6 per head.
How many people can the rooms hold?
Our large room seats up to 20 delegates and our medium room seats up to 12. Capacity can vary slightly depending on the layout you choose — for example, theatre-style seating accommodates more than boardroom or U-shape.
Can the room be set up in a particular layout?
Yes. We can configure either room as classroom, boardroom, U-shape, theatre or exam-style. Just let us know your preferred layout when you book and we'll have it set up before you arrive.
What equipment is provided?
Each room comes with a projector, large screen, whiteboard, flip-chart with pens, and Wi-Fi. HDMI cables are provided. If you need anything specific — extension leads, additional screens, video conferencing setup — just let us know in advance.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, we have 20 free parking spaces directly on site, including disabled bays. No tickets, vouchers or charges — your delegates can park free of charge for the duration of your booking.
Is lunch available?
Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided free of charge throughout your hire. A buffet lunch can be arranged from £6 per head — please let us know dietary requirements and approximate numbers when you book.
