HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Order & Receive Materials Your course pack arrives within a few days – printed notes, study guide, and portal login details.
Step 2: Work Through the Modules Study each topic at your own pace. Complete the exercises and submit them to your tutor for marking.
Step 3: Get Feedback & Progress Your tutor returns marked work with detailed feedback. If something's not clicking, they'll help you get there before you move on.
Step 4: Book Your Exam When you are ready, we book your CILT exam. You sit it online from home.
Typical timeline: 8-10 weeks, though you have 6 months of support if you need longer.

You have 6 months of tutor support from your start date. Most people complete in 8-10 weeks, but there's no rush – work at whatever pace suits you.

As you work through each module, you'll complete exercises and submit them through our portal. Your tutor marks them (usually within 48 hours), provides written feedback, and highlights anything you need to revisit. You can also email them questions anytime.

If you don't pass first time, you can rebook the exam (fees apply). Your portal access and tutor support continue until your 6 months are up, so you'll have time to revisit problem areas.

Yes – all our CPC courses lead to the same CILT-awarded Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence. The qualification is identical regardless of how you study.

Yes. If you decide you'd prefer a different format, contact us and we'll discuss your options. We'll credit what you've paid towards another course.

A computer with webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. The exam is invigilated remotely – you'll be guided through the setup beforehand.
